In many fancy restaurants and hotels, the heavy air of sophistication often fills the atmosphere, creating an elegant ambiance that is found throughout this establishment. the outside area provides a delightful setting to enjoy a meal and do some people-watching. the location in the neighborhood offers a trendy and upscale experience.
The unprofessional service and lack of respect from the staff leave a lot to be desired.

Celebrating New Year's Eve at this hotel was an incredible experience. the staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay. the room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel had a great location within walking distance to many attractions. We especially enjoyed the delicious food served at the restaurant and the beautiful, well-maintained swimming pool area.
the menu at the restaurant could have been better explained, and there was a lack of information about allergens.
